They will cut a large chunk of them. ;)
A 5'10" WR isn't that bad. Most WR's that are 6'4 and taller are usually bigger and slower and tend to move to Tight End because of that.
After last year, I wouldn't be surprised if they picked up another one.
Branch is probably going to get hurt again which leaves Housh, Burleson and Obamanu/Other Younger WRs with no hands.
Butler brings speed and the ability to catch the ball and run routes. He needs some work, but he broke...
We don't have a pick until the 6th Round.
If we can get Ian Johnson that would be great, but I also wouldn't be surprised if we go CB, S, WR or QB next. They don't seem to care about the backfield for some reason.
From what I can tell, they are probably going to use Forsett as MoMo's replacement. They must really see something in Forsett if they didn't feel like they needed to address that position.
It's the 4th Round right now and I doubt there is a good RB left that can be better than Forsett.
I believe the Cardinals would take a 1st Round Pick and I think I actually heard that they were starting to go even lower and considering 2nd Round Picks, but that may have been for this year and next year might make them want more, especially from a division rival.
Deon Butler ran a 4.38. That is one of the fastest times and faster than Maclin and Harvin.
He has 5'10, but if he isn't used as a WR right away he could be used in the return game. He's going to be a quick speedy guy like Sproiles, but obviously taller and a WR.
I just watched another video on Seahawks.com with Jim Mora telling Curry that he will be a Seattle Seahawk and said with him the Seahawks will have the best Linebacker Corps in the league.
I really think the Seahawks are going to sign Hill to a long term contract. Mora wouldn't suggest that if...
Earlier in the day he said the Seahawks are still wanting to sign him to a long term deal, but then a few hours later they change their minds? I dunno, hopefully he doesn't find and offers and comes back to Seattle "cheap".
I really hate players like him. They act like they love the organization and then their contract expires and they show their true colors or should I say one color, that color being green.
I hope so too. It just doesn't make any sense to just remove the tag and let him walk when we could try trading him like the Patriots did with Cassel. I'm sure we could have gotten a 3rd or 4th round pick for him.
I know who he is. I saw a few of his plays and one being the interception that I consider to be an incomplete pass because the ball touches the ground the same time his hands does (from what I remember), but apparently the refs thought otherwise. He is a good player, but I think there were other...
Exactly, so maybe they did to so they can sign him to a "cheaper" contract? I dunno, I won't fully believe it until there's an official release. The NFL Network only showed Hill once and have yet to talk about him since.
