#one.... you really don't know football do you? Curry was cut because he doesn't play with any intensity. Plus, Seattle is moving to an 8-0-3 defensive package. It's the newest greatest thing.... saw it on seahawks.com. If you don't know football and can't keep up you should switch to soccer.
I have a trade idea... let's trade KRS for a box of jello for my next tailgate party. Sorry, man, but really? Worthlessburger? He couldn't have played any worse in SB XL, and is overhyped. As far as the last incident - he got a pass, but he was far from innocent. He got an under aged girl...
Thanks guys. I don't know why they would have brought Kampman in if they were looking to go to a 3-4. He already showed he can't play that scheme. But - you have to love being told that "you really don't know what you're talking about, do you" by a fellow 12th man... especially when he is...
Man... i hope you were joking. Thereis only 1 OT that fits as top e0 talent. More will get drafted there, but only because teams don't have the luxury of later 1st round picks.
Housh was just on 710 and punked Callabro for saying the Hawks should take the best OT left at 6. Made KC look bad...
i do follow seahawks.com andtheir blogs and interviews. Guess I'm one of themany that missed the 3-4 announcement - anybody else see that? If we are we need another LB now. But at least I follow the team enough to know we don't have a 3rd round pick. Berry will make SO much more of an imppact in...
Yes. And most of the other "LTs" will either be OK at best or end up as OGs in the NFL. One of the next 6 will turn out to be a stud, but here's the problem... which one? I say it is Charles Brown, the guy that gave up no sacks in 2009 and 2 in 2008 - and against some very good talent. Some...
Tom Pike is my dad... Seattle doesn't want him. This is a bit tough, as we don't know who will be off the board. But, here are my thoughts, in order of preference:
6) Okung, Suh, McCoy, Berry
14) Haden, Morgan, Charles Brown
60) Saffold if no OT yet, I'd love Tate here, but he's gone...
The guy is a bit bigger than what Gibbs like for an OT. I don't think he is all that mobile, but I've heard contradicting words on how he would do in a zone system. But if he would work - I don't know if they'd take a 4th round, but trading 14 for 25 and Gaither is the same as a mid-2nd round...
actually, other 14. He was suspended for his last game. And sorry - YPC does mean a lot. It is easy to catch 8 balls a game when they are little dump passes. But 4 yards on 1st or 2nd and 10 (when the CB is giving an 8 yard cushion) doesn't mean a whole lot.
As for YAC - he didn't lead the...
Well that was rude, aside from being a vacant comment. We don't run a 3 -4, and despite the talk, we aren't moving to a 3-4. We will most likely run Carrol's 4-3 with an elephant DE. Three down lineman, an upright DE and 3 LBs. Perhaps you need to research what Carrol ran at USC... Alex Brown...
I think I'd rather gamble on Dez Bryant being able to make the move to the NFL and being a star than on Marshall keeping his life in order. Again - Marshall catches a lot of balls, but he doesn't have the impact on a game that Fitz does. Or Crabtree will. Or Moss. His volume of catches...
Two 2nd round picks was too much... that's like giving up Lofa and John Carlson. Marshall is very good, but it isn't like he's a spread the filed and get 14 yards a catch kind of a guy. He catches a lot of short passes and doesn't get much YAC. Yes, the reception #s are gawdy, but the overall...
Well... we have now missed out on Marshall, too. Is there something bad about being active in FA? Is two 2nd round draft picks too much? This team needs to do something to get better but all I've seen is them getting worse. I'm feeling a bit frustrated...
