    The Seahawks have to keep Mebane, otherwise their 1st-round pick will be used on a DT. Throw the franchise tag on him and negotiate a contract.

    I agree with Number 18, Mike Pouncey would be a good pick. I've seen mock drafts with the Steelers picking Pouncey, but I doubt he falls to them.
