    Defensive Line

Except for he was supposed to let the WR get behind him in that play. Cover 2 Man. Earl Thomas screwed up by not giving Jennings help over the top.

    Defensive Line

My buddy said it was ET that blew the coverage because he bit on the TE or whatever. Like I said, though, I myself did not see it.

    Defensive Line

I did not see the play and am no Jennings fan, but Brock Huard said the coverage was supposed to be Cover 2 Man. Jennings was supposed to let the receiver get behind him so as to defend against cross patterns or something. He was supposed to get help from a safety, who never showed.

    Official GameDay Thread: Seahawks @ Chargers - 8/11 (Pre-Wk1): WIN 24-17

I was just reminded that Walter Jones had trouble with both his ankles when he first got to the NFL. I'm not saying Okung will be Jones, but there is hope.

    Official GameDay Thread: Seahawks @ Chargers - 8/11 (Pre-Wk1): WIN 24-17

I think the most frustrating part is that 1. he never missed a game in college and 2. we've seen he is already better than a lot of LTs in the league. Why can't Whitehurst play all the time like he did in the 3rd quarter?

    Candid Interview with Hasselbeck

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/thebrewery/2015875939_live_from_nashville_aka_seattl_2.html Makes me sad for him on one hand, knowing just how much it pained him to leave. But on the other hand, he could have taken the lesser salary to stay.

    BUZZ 2011 - Post Lockout

BUZZ returns for the first time since the lockout.

    Hasselbeck a Titan....

Tale of the Tape: Preseason Week 1 @Los Angeles Chargers of San Diego

Awesome job on the TOTT "preseason." Should be at full regular season strength soon!

Reports coming out the Tarvaris Jackson will sign with the Seahawks! NOOOOOO!

I agree. I hear Jackson looks much better than Whitehurst in camp. I wish Whitehurst was good enough to be a legitimate starter, I really do. But that just is not reality.

    Seahawks Jersey

I wanted a #12 jersey, but in the "premier" style. I cannot find them anymore. Lame.

    Seafair & Favorite Hydroplane

I don't really follow the hydros, but just watch because I think the boats are rad.

    Offensive Line

I'm just not sure it is possible to be worse...

    We signed Zach Miller

Seems to be working for the Jets. Although I am skeptical it will yield a Lombardi Trophy.

    We signed Zach Miller

    You mean like Hasselbeck? lol

    Go get Bryant Mckinnie now

He was not fired from what I understand, but told he was free to look for other jobs. So he ultimately would have been fired.
  17. SeaHawksHuddle

    Go get Bryant Mckinnie now

I assume "10" = "18." We got their #1 WR. With a new coach, you can bet Bevel likely would not have been back. And with using a first rounder on Ponder, they knew Jackson was not the answer and he would not be back. Those are cast offs to me.
  18. SeaHawksHuddle

    Go get Bryant Mckinnie now

Yeah I don't see the need to sign him. Even when good I never heard him mentioned as elite. Just good. If he is overweight now, he probably is not even good. No more Minnesota cast offs. I feel like Detroit who took all our cast offs over the past couple of years.

    Go get Bryant Mckinnie now

Except Cable is deciding how the line works, not Bevel.

Offseason: Rumors, Signings & Trades - Official Thread

If we get Miller I say trade Carlson. I love the guy, but if we could get a decent CB out of it, I'm all for it.
