Tim Ruskell said that next year the Seahawks could switch to a 3-4 Defense to accomodate Hawthorne and Lofa. Questions will be if Ruskell is still in Seattle and if Gus Bradley/Jim Mora want to make the change.
They've thrown $ all the time, but it hasn't worked. They did re-tool the rotation. Past signees haven't had this good of an impact like CC and AJ. Look at Jeff Weaver and Kevin Brown just to name two. List goes on and on...
If Deion Branch had been traded or not performing well lately I would say do it, but I think Branch has been doing decent. Plus if you bring him in then what do you do with Deon Butler? I think Engram could sign with us... to retire. Unless another team signs him or if an injury at WR happens...
Bobby Engram's stint with the Kansis City Chiefs ended Nov. 7th. The Chiefs let him go after appearing in 5-games and having five receptions for 61-yards with no touchdowns. Engram spent 8-years with the Seahawks.
Scott I wouldn't say that about the Yankees. A lot of people close to the team say Nick Swisher's attitude helped the Yankees team chemistry out a lot. He had a calm laid back fun side that they hadn't had since the late 90's. Prior to that team they went through some tough time especially with...
Holmy said the major factor to his "failures" as GM was juggling two jobs. I think he will do a lot better if he has just one sole responsiblity whether it be Head Coach or GM. Look at Bill Parcells. I do see what you're saying 18 about his legacy in Seattle, but then again why not try it? I...
Problem with a 3-4 switch is we don't have a true big body to clug up the middle and our ends aren't that fast enough to get around on double-blocking. Trust me with our LB core side the 3-4 works out, but the d-line itself doesn't match up for a 3-4.
WR Mike Hass was released by the Seahawks. Hass had just been promoted to the 53-man roster prior to Sundays win over the Lions. His spot on the roster has been replaced by DL Derek Walker.
Rotoworld is also reporting this with the link coming from the Seattle Times. Here is the link, but it's a one-year deal for Junior to stay put in Seattle. Link:

Edgerrin James short stay in Seattle officially came to an end Tuesday. James was let go by the Seahawks after averaging only 2.7 yards per carry in seven games played. James was signed in August with the hopes he would resurrect his career. However that never happened and the Seahawks finally...
I remember last year saying how much I loved Hawth! This kid can play! However I do still love Lofa. Lofa's presence on the field makes everyone else better. I think he's a main reason Hill has been so successful. Lofa is always going full force at the ball and is a very smart player.
