That is exactly why I am not concerned about losing Tate to free agency. Dude is not mature enough to be handed the big dollars he is seeking. He has had issues with this in games before and money, like booze, makes you more of what you are. I thank Tate for his hard work and wish him well. But...
At his age retirement should be in his mind. If he doesn't want to go to war for 19 weeks for $5 million than I'd rather he retire than steal time and paychecks from a Seahawk that IS willing to do it.
We're the pretty girl at the dive bar now, but that means we'll get a lot of attention from scum bags too. Finley worries me. I don't know if he can thrive with the Seahawks.
His argument is poor for the point he intends to make. Yes 3.5 years is average and average salary is 1.5 million. So that justifies him demanding to be as high as possible now? If he really gave a damn shouldn't he sign for less so draft picks could get some more money and avoid his situation...
I want to take a moment to thank the Seahawks front office for being the kind of boring class acts that stay out of the media. Unlike, say, the whiners.
Totally agree except, he was very selfish to risk a positive test during the season. Should get a ring. May get a contract from Seahawks but I have my doubts. Should get his release or free agent status if we don't want him anymore.
I recorded the NFCCG and SB in order to be able to watch over and over again as well. Knowing how they both end, and because Harbaugh is such a douche, I think my favorite play is now the TD by Kearse. The look on his face as we take the lead is priceless.
Well there goes another 20 minutes of productivity down the drain. I should've called in sick today... LOL

I haven't been on this site much. Too much gaming and a lot of "don't jinx yourself" feelings. This has been an amazing season, and while some will say big surprise, two top teams in the Super Bowl, I think the Seahawks battled MUCH harder in this year's playoffs than they had to in '05. It...
I actually didn't see any 'tone-setting' on the first watch through. I will re-check, but I think the teams and team-captains did an excellent job of keeping that all in check. Until the game was decided of course. :-)
I can understand missing the fumble, I can't understand not being able to review it, and I am getting sick of only flagrant calls against 49ers while lots of chippy calls against us.
