Interesting. Doesn't sound like anything intentional. I wonder if it can be appealed.

Consdering the days they're missing are tomorrow, the day after, and the day after that, I'm pretty sure there's not enough time to appeal. Missing 2 OTAs and a workout won't kill them.

It is two less than other teams have. I would hope there is an expedited appeal considering how quickly it was doled out.

Sounded like Carroll didnt disput the violation, even though the CBA seems alittle "grey".
I like how he handled it in the media.
