Crabtree is not an option

I can't see him going high in the first round now....he can't work out and teams won't spend that kind of money on a gamble....

Crabtree might have hurt his stock. He will be out 6-10 weeks due to surgery for a stress fracture.

Also he might have hurt his stock before this. Ruskell was pretty pissed off to say the least that Crabtree wasn't doing any running drills. With him missing time there will be no way for scouts to see his 40-yard dash.

Call me crazy, but after what we went through last year with injuries, drafting a WR with a stress fracture in his foot doesn't exactly excite me.

Scott- I think this might scare him out of the top 5. I would be surprised if we took him. I think it might just make us push more for TJ.

Crabtree being hurt really will hurt his stock. Hopefully he drops down to our pick in the 2nd so we can pick him then. I know he had this injury, but he is still a solid guy.

I really don't see a point in signing T.J. also. He will just be a waste of money and he will have to learn the plays. I think it would make a lot more sense to get a guy in the draft or pick up one of the guys that is not as big as T.J. is in terms of playing ability or that ability as shown by the sports networks.

Latest report is he is putting the surgery off now so he can take part in his Pro Day on March 26. If he does that I think we may land him.

Pending on what he can show on Pro Day; pretty sure he'll drop a few. However I highly doubt either he or Andre will fall to the second round.
These guys are look good about now.
1 Jason Smith Baylor
2 Eugene Monroe Virginia

Call me crazy  , I know we have spencer but centers shipley and Unger are impressive.

If they pass on Crabtree because of a SLIGHT injury they'd be morons...Though Mora-on and Little Ruskell are the pictures in the dictionary next to "Moron"..

I heard them talking on the NFL Network and apparently with the zone blocking scheme that is getting implemented, it is not a crucial to find another Tackle like Walter Jones.

Dare I say, "OL is not an option."

Stress fractures on the foot of a football player aren't exactly a "slight" injury. Those things tend to never fully go away. Plus he's walking around on a gimp ankle. The last thing I want is another fragile WR.
