What will become of Spencer? He's a good C IMO..I'd say if Unger can learn the system quickly, he starts @ LG next to Big Walt..

Mare signed a two-year deal.

Hill will re-sign.

Wilson starts in place of Jennings.

Spencer will actually be a free-agent after this season.

I'm pretty sure Coutu was signed to a lengthy contract so why do they keep Mare around? It's a waste of money to keep two on the roster when Coutu is the better kicker and the younger one too.

Mare was signed for two-years to help groom Countu. If all goes way Seattle wants it to Mare doesn't do well in pre-season and we cut him. If not they just don't re-sign him when all is said and done.

the 3rd receiver is the slot receiver... I see Butler as more of a slot guy.
I think he will be, but not right away. Maybe later on in the season or a few games in he will be able to play. Or maybe even sooner if he can impress the coaching staff enough and learn the plays quick enough too.

I'm not exactly sure where Burleson/Housh/Branch will go though. I can see Branch taking slot, but I can also see Housh taking that or Burleson or even Butler. I guess it's all up to the coaches on where they feel each WR will do their best.

I love how we have two receivers that are taller possession guys (housh is more of a possession guy and Burleson is faster) and two that are shorter quick guys.

And Burleson has decent speed and so does Housh, so it looks like we have a lot of weapons for Hasselbeck. Two tall, mid-speed and two shorter, "speedster" guys.

Welcome to the site Curry!

I don't think that lineup will be the one we see on Kickoff Sunday on the defensive side of the ball...I think a few more changes will happen on that side between now and then...

I think Sir Shanksalot (Ryan) will be replaced as well....And I hope Cuntu isn't our kicker...Oh God I hope he's not...
