    Super Bowl XLVIII in NY/NJ

It rains more in Houston and Atlanta than it does in Seattle. ;) Seattle's average temp in February is 50° F and the average precipitation is 4.18 inches. New York City's average temp in February is 40° F and the average precipitation is 2.97 inches.

    Super Bowl XLVIII in NY/NJ

I wonder if Seattle will ever get to host a Super Bowl.

    Seahawks sign J.P. Losman

He's mentally tough, but his bones aren't.

    Seahawks interested in... *gulp* T.O.

T.O. isn't going to accept being the 3rd or 4th WR...

    Seahawks sign J.P. Losman

QB in the next draft? Without Teel they need youth at the position.

    Playoffs?!

Picking high has nothing to do with future success. It typically means the opposite (Lions, Rams, Chiefs, etc.)...

    Playoffs?!

Playoffs are definitely a possibility this season, but not guaranteed. I'd rather see the Seahawks go to the playoffs than have another pick in the Top 10.

    Huddle has been stale lately...

EA Sports posted the official rookie ratings for the first 3 rounds on their site during the draft: Russell Okung - 82 (Potential Grade: A) Earl Thomas - 81 (Potential Grade: A) Golden Tate - 77 (Potential Grade: A) My Ratings for the Rest of the Rookies: Thurmond - 73 (Potential Grade...

    Will Herring. ;)

So I have to ask everyone...

He will primarily be a DT, but when the Hawks wants to beef up their run defense they will replace one of the DE's with Bryant.

Seahawks, Vikings interested in Chester Pitts

    Alex Unger? lol...

So I have to ask everyone...

I highly doubt they want to get rid of Housh, but if they do, they would trade him.

    Whats that sweet smell...? Playoffs?!

Welcome to the Huddle HawksFan1987. I know everyone is really excited with all the recent moves the Hawks have been making, but a playoff appearance isn't going to be easy. The only way they will get in is if they win the NFC West. That should be a lot easier this year with the departure of...

    53-Man Roster

I know it's early, but it doesn't hurt to try to predict who will make the 53-man roster. Offense: Quarterback: 1. Hasselbeck, 2. Whitehurst, 3. Teel Runningback: 1. White, 2. Forsett, 3. Washington Fullback: 1. Schmitt Wide Receiver: 1. Houshmandzadeh, 2. Branch, 3. Tate, 4. Butler...

So I have to ask everyone...

:rotfl: I don't believe D.D. Lewis is on the Seahawks anymore and Bryant will be used against the run, not as a starting DE. ;)

So I have to ask everyone...

Agreed. It's too early to say who will have the starting job at SS, but it will be either Chancellor, Babineaux or Milloy.

So I have to ask everyone...

Everyone will have the opportunity to prove they can start, but I don't think it would be smart to have two rookies starting at safety. After looking at Babineaux's stats for last season (75 solo tackles, 29 assists) he has a good chance to start at SS. "...Milloy IS WAY TOO OLD to start."...

    Dude You Were a Seahawk!?

    Edge as in Edgerrin James.

    Chris Duvalt?????

From what I've read he will probably be a special teams player.

So I have to ask everyone...

Offense: QB: Hasselbeck RB: White LT: Okung LG: Hamilton C: Spencer RG: Unger RT: Locklear WR: Houshmandzadeh, Branch, Tate, Mike Williams, Butler (Housh is obviously #1, but I'm not sure about the order of the other 4 WRs.) TE: Carlson Defense: DT: Mebane, Cole DE: Clemons, Jackson OLB...
