Seahawks rumors: Tarvaris Jackson expected to sign with Seattle

Well I say get rid of Quinn and then that gets rid of the uncoordinated white dude right sprhawk? Johnson actually really intrigues me, seems like he has some untapped upside. Thought Portis was gone after his DUI? Right now I'd take Tjack over Quinn for our BU, mainly cause I know all about him.

Seahawks rumors: Tarvaris Jackson expected to sign with Seattle

How many QB's in camp now? I mean I'm okay with Tjack for sure, and he may be the #2 but I wonder what this says about quinn. Let them fight it out in camp.

    Bruce on the JUICE

He's his number # 1 now that Crab is out. Boldin is a great WR, what he lacks in speed he makes up for vet savy, and great hands, YAC. But he is not near as explosive as Crabtree, and is not a true #1 IMO, I wouldnt even put him at the X, he is more of Y or slot guy.

    "F" Roddy White

Sounds like RS already getting to Roddy. Sherman had the best stats in the nfl, so he had room to talk.. and talk he did. Even got bitch slapped by A LARGE INMATE! (Trent Williams) thought that was just priceless. "Im gonna hit you in the mouth right now" " well then do it boy!" WHHHACK!

    Expectations for Seahawks' James Carpenter

My bad, thought you meant DJAck with 2008 jackson, and was thinking "djack wasnt 1st rounder was he." I like that you had trufant up there, he was one of my favorites, and though he may not ever be a ring of honor, he is definetly one the hawks greats.

    Prevent Defense

As they say, hindsight is 20-20. Its easy to say this and that about about the past, but who called in the beginning of the season? 0 Thats because no one saw it coming, no one.... Look at the mistake and learn for it, but but also find energy and build off the positives. That is the PC way...

    Prevent Defense

I think the team exceeded everyones expectation last year even with loss in atl. Russell Wilson just broke the NFL mold and that was amazing to follow and be a fan of!

    Expectations for Seahawks' James Carpenter

Its all very subjective right...? I mean I wouldnt call Stevens and D. Jackson Busts, just had various issues, or maybe even the same issue.

    Expectations for Seahawks' James Carpenter

Carp could be a monster gaurd, like Iupati type, just a mauler, I saw it too. He has great talent, but yeah the injury bug. Sounds like we have alot players we didnt even have last year, making it to training camp.

Big Red says he's back 100%

Yeah Red was definetly a force and leader of the defense the years before. If he can be 'that' guy again, our defense is going to be insanely good.

    Prevent Defense

Exactly, bandwagon, they blitzed from the edges and dropped into cover 2 or 3. What blew me away was they didnt put a hat on Tony Gonzalez. I mean he literly out slowed us on that play. Its all water under the bridge now, but I gaurentee you Ol' Pete has watched that series a few dozen...

    Wilson vs Kaepernick comparison

If you could take one weapon away from that offense, it would be Crabtree, even over V. Davis. Manningham and Boldin just done scare me with our 2 big CB's. Crabtree was the complete package.

Keeping an eye on K.J. Wright

D-Fence! K.J. size is very decieving, I didnt realize he was 6-4.

    sherman wanting more money?

Yep he might be a cap casuality. But that's all after next season. :) Wooohooo, cant wait till '13 football!

    sherman wanting more money?

So we do, and thats a.o.k. Pete Carroll loves the TE piece of the offense (as does another NFC WEST HC, can you guess who?) and values it very much. I think we even carried 4 for a while one year which is crazy talk. Anyways, everything Ive read is luke is stretch the field type "U" or...

    Wilson vs Kaepernick comparison

Some very good QB attributes wilson has that you guys mentioned I forgot: 1. Throw on the run. 2. Throw with anticipation. And I'll add one more of my own: Extending plays- Because Wilsons elusiveness and all of the above mentioned tools, he has an uncanny ability to extend the play i.e. the...

    Wilson vs Kaepernick comparison

I think I am in the minority even with Hawks fans and analysts, but if I had the choice I would still take Russell Wilson over Kaperdick staight up 10 out of 10 times. And I was a big Kap supporter coming out college, mainly because what I saw in his senior bowl. While Kapernick has a stronger...

    sherman wanting more money?

You make a good point, but if I read Sydney right, my bet is he has too much pride restructure with hawks. Your direct statement implied that Luke could replace Zack, 'when the time is right'. And Im saying not gonna happen, as they are totally different TE types. Pete Carroll is very...

    sherman wanting more money?

Bruce Irvin - I think he will still be the hier apperant to the LEO. I think he will improve this year, and then Clem might be out freeing up some cap. Zach Miller- Luke Willson replacing?? good luck with that! While Luke has caught the ball well without the pads on, he is far from making...
