    To hot to handle

People have been throwing at Sherman since Day One. Not the first time it's happened and it won't be the last. His 3 or 4 receptions allowed probably isn't even a career high. But if you listen to what some people are saying, it's almost like no one's been throwing anything at Sherman since...

Sherman was being asked, "how do you feel about being exposed?" How do you expect him to respond to a retarded question like that? He wasn't "exposed" anyway. He gave up a few on Sunday, they ALL do. I don't blame him one bit for the way he reacted. As for Earl's response to the game, ya I...

Yeah, they will be fine. They had a couple-three games like this last year too. It's hard to stay dialed in on what it takes to be a top level team week in and week out. One question that has come up though after that game is whether or not the offense this year can sustain long drives or if...

    To hot to handle

A prayer that just happened to be perfectly placed. I would have considered it a fluke had it not been for how he was playing the whole game. Rivers is a streaky QB. Consistency's always been an issue with him but when he's in the zone like that, you better bring it or he'll torch you. Just...

    To hot to handle

The Chargers have been wearing their white jerseys at home for years. They don't do it all the time anymore but they still do it, not just the game yesterday. And back in the Air Coryell days their white jerseys were their "home" jerseys. They wore them every game, just like Dallas. Several...

Jump balls huh? That last TD, which turned out to be the game winner, you'd call that one a jump ball? Gates made a great catch but Rivers made a great throw too. He put it where only Gates could catch it and was out of reach of any Hawk defenders. I wouldn't sell Rivers short on that game...

Can't really fault Marshawn for being a non-factor when the Bolts had the ball the whole game. But Rivers was playing out of his mind. If he plays like that all season the Bolts are gonna be trouble. Even so, after all that the Hawks had two opportunities in the 4th quarter to pull it out and...

Russell Wilson is undefeated against the four best QBs in the NFL

The loss against Kolb was Wilson's first career start in the NFL.

    Anyone catch the Lamb’s game?

That's the reality of life as a head coach. The fans need a whipping boy if things go bad and owners typically offer up the coach. The coach gets fired so "something's being done" and the fans are happy. But if the Rams fire Fisher, then they deserve to stay at the bottom. Best coach that...

    Anyone catch the Lamb’s game?

You would think if Bowman's in there (which all indications are that he will be back later in the season) he knocks that down a bit. But Murray's a 1500 yard caliber RB if he stays healthy and he'll be doing that to a few teams this season. If anything they looked a lot better yesterday than...

    Anyone catch the Lamb’s game?

Russ, I ran into your comment on the yahoo article the other night about fan geographical loyalties. Comment you made about Alaska and stuff. What are the odds of that?

    Anyone catch the Lamb’s game?

I didn't catch the Lambs game but just finished watching the Niners and Dallas. Sure Dallas is bad but any notion of the Niners taking a fall this year looks unlikely. If that team can hang around til they get all their guys back it's gonna be more of the same as last year. Not much of a...

    Interesting fact

Yeah. That was just an obvious PI call. That would have been called on anyone in any game in any year, regardless of any emphasis. Defensive holding and illegal contact beyond 5 are the two infractions relative to the new emphasis and the Hawks didn't get flagged for either one last night.

    Interesting fact

Unless I missed it, they weren't flagged with any illegal contact or defensive holds in the game tonight neither but they pretty much shut Rodgers down anyway. Is it a matter of the Seahawks doing a masterful job of adapting or were their perceived uncalled infractions last year blown out of...

Official Game day Thread: Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks.

Those trip-ups by Harvin probably boil down to him just not being up to game speed yet. His legs just aren't keeping up with his motor but they will as the season goes on.

Hit it pretty close to the mark. One sided outcome against a team some have said will be a step above the Seahawks this year.

Sorry man, gotta put you on ignore now. Season's about to start and it's time to start talking about football with football fans. Something you really should be doing on your team's board rather than trying to lower the football IQ of people on here. Laters.

"You just contradicted yourself AGAIN in a following post! Your replacing a game manager wioth another game manager rant. I wish I was in Seattle this week !

Only if replacement refs disregard the rules book.:roflmao: Another dumb comment by a moron. It's fans like you who don't know the rulebook. Based on the rulebook the correct call was made on the catch. They missed the OPI call, which isn't the same thing as disregarding the rule book...
