The Seahawks – or at least those players in training camp at this point – will take to the practice fields at Virginia Mason Athletic Center for a walk-thru at 10 a.m.
But coach Pete Carroll got a sneak preview of his players, and what shape they’re in after the 136-day lockout, during their conditioning tests on Wednesday.
“Our guys came back ready to go, they came back in good shape,” Carroll said. “You could tell that.”
The players will have a second walk-thru this afternoon, with the first practice Friday morning. The first practices open to the public are on Saturday – at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
