Seahawks sign WR Sean Morey

Morey played for the Cardinals the past three-seasons making a Pro Bowl as a Special Teams player. He's a nine-year NFL veteran after being selected in the seventh-round of the 1999 NFL Draft. He was a member of the Steelers Super Bowl team that "won" against Seattle in Super Bowl XL and will be used as a Special Teams player rather than a wide receiver by the Seahawks.

Teams always need a good ST "specialist". Hopefully this guy can fill that role.

Morey has been a good special teams player from what I've read. As long as they don't try using him at WR I'm fine with the signing.

He isn't signed for WR depth only 11 career catches. Hopefully he can be like an Alex Bannister for us.

We are gonna have a solid special teams. Now all we need is an explosive returner (Spiller). Morey and McCoy will be great.

He's 34 let's hope they don't try that. He doesn't have WR speed LOL and only 11 career catches.
