Scoring on a flea flicker was awesome

I don't remember the last time we ran a trick play , it's been forever ..
Last season probably. I remember Tate hitting Rice with a TD pass vs the Jets. There were a couple others but I can't remember them specifically.
We ran quite a few WR passes last year... We also had that fake punt against the Bills.
Oh yeah I remember that fake punt. Whoever was calling the game was ripping into Carroll accusing him of trying to run up the score lol.
I think Pete's logic in those situations is more about keeping the offense on the field and not allowing the other team to score. I think the defense takes pride in leading the league in scoring defense and Pete is aware of that.
