Word around the media is that the league might lay down the hammer
on the team due to the amount of policy offenders, the highest number
of all 32 teams. Unless the coaching staff is supplying them with the
banned substances, I think that would be a jerk off move and another instance
where publicity is the NFLs objective. If this starts to cost the team money,
I think you have to start cutting any and all violators by implementing a zero tolerance policy.

That would be bullshit. Heard last week that a team can't impose any further punishment to PED violations outside what the league issues. Outside of awareness and a slap on the wrist, what can the team do? I would be surprised to see the league go after the team for individual violators.
