INDIANAOPLIS – Most of the 715 media members here for the NFL scouting combine will be leaving town at some point today, including yours truly.
The player workouts continue through Tuesday, but media availability ends today with the interview sessions for cornerbacks and safeties.
The quarterbacks already are on the field at Lucas Oil Stadium, so Washington’s Jake Locker is continuing the quest to improve his draft stock. Those workouts are being televised live on the NFL Network. Locker just ran an unofficial 4.52 in his first 40-yard dash.
We’ll weigh in on the QB situation in story that will be posted later on the website.
