Seahawks fans attending Sunday morning's game should expect traffic delays. WSDOT closed the southbound Fourth Avenue S. on-ramp to Edgar Martinez Drive S. and the southbound right lane of Fourth Avenue S. Friday afternoon after an overheight semi damaged temporary beams that are supporting construction of a new I-90 off-ramp to Edgar Martinez Drive S. The ramp is part of WSDOT’s SR 519 Intermodal Access project.
Crews have made temporary repairs, and the lane and ramp will reopen by 11 a.m. Sunday. The right lane of the ramp to Edgar Martinez Drive remains closed until crews complete repairs. Gamegoers will still be able to turn right onto Royal Brougham Way to enter the Qwest Field Garage, but capacity will be reduced.
Crews working for contractor Kiewit Pacific Co. will begin permanent repairs Monday morning.
During the closures drivers should expect delays and can these take steps to help keep traffic moving:

• Consider alternate routes.
• Allow extra time.
• Carpool or use transit
