Maybe Trading Down Isn't So Good...

I saw something saying NE might be interested in moving up from 28 to leapfrog Ravens to get our #25 giving us their high 4th round pick. I also think senarios could play out, where if Jake Locker is on the board at #25, teams that didnt get their QB in the first round (SF,Az,Buff, ect.) they...

    2011 NFL Mock Draft

Hell no on Mark Ingram: a. There is lots of decent backs we can get in mid rounds; the class is deep on both scat and power backs. b. We are ok at the position, Im cool with lynch/Forsett c. If we upgrade the O-line, which is very likely our run game will improve. d. Mark Ingrams value is...

Fenom, Hey if Im not around for my pick, Indy will pick the best OT on the board, there should be a few. My order is Tyron, Castonzo, Carmi, Sherrod, if not one of the those 4 then Pouncey, if not G Pouncey, then S Rahim More. Thanks man, this is fun.

    2011 Draft Strategy...

Dreadlocked stoner hippies dont bother me... "Keep Portland Weird" I think JS is savy, could be baiting a trading partner, to move around the board. I dont think he falls in love with players, does his scouting homework and picks the best player the fits our need (last year Okung, ET, Golden...

    Mock! (yeah!)

Is this gonna happen or what? When? Also, mods, can we get rid of the last year's draft sticky's? Unless you think they need to stay up, seems they are just taking up space.

    2011 Draft Strategy...

OMG, Tonos whiffed on that one, or didnt read past the "Charlie is great" part in you post. Also, Im not a Chuck Wagoner, but he did have two nice passes that game, one down the right sideline to Ruvell, who made a great catch, and then the drag route to M. Williams for the only passing TD of...

    2011 Draft Strategy...

If your trying to convince everyone "potatoes are healthy and make you smart" then you are clearly getting high on your own supply. Mike Pouncey- I got a big man crush on this guy for our #25. If he gets to to us, think of that line up: Okung-Pouncey-Spencer?-Unger-Willis ( I like willis at...

    2011 Draft Strategy...

Hello.??? Parlez vous Francaise?? When most mock drafts have 15 (like 10 in the first round) DE in the first 2 rounds, then yeah id say there's talent there, maybe elite, is too strong of word but it goes good with deep. DEEP AND ELITE. I think Quin, Watt, Jordan, Smith, will all be starters...

    2011 Draft Strategy...

Yeah, tons of talented DE means it is deep, so thanks for proving my point idaspud. There will be at least 15 DE taken in the first two rounds, that is deep and elite, and though draft might not be stellar, there is good mid round value in the following positions: QB, DL, OT, RB, WR,

    2011 Draft Strategy...

Nah I'd say 2 of that list will be 2nd round, one being a QB, but the rest are mid to late first round. The DE talent is deep and elite so if a #4th or 5th ranked DE falls to us (aldon smith) it would be a good pick. LOL @ #ONE, is there more then one pancake recipe? And gotta luv...

    2011 Draft Strategy...

If one of the two top rated gaurds, or DL on your board are available at 25, I say you pull the trigger, not a bad option verses moving down, although more picks would be nice... Thinking Aldon Smith, Cameron Jordon, Stephen Pea, Danny Walkins, Mike Pouncey, would be great additions to the...

    Most Memorable Game

Very cool take 94, very pivotal game. Sad thing is I dont remember that game specifically. But it just goes to show that every game matters and some can save your team. I cant even imagine life without my seahawks. Its hard enough to having to deal with M's w/o Dave Niehaus.
